Breast examination

Breast Examination includes digital Mammography or/and tomosynthesis (image fusion), as well as breast ultrasound examination.

The Pylea-Panorama PLATON DIAGNOSIS branch performs the polyparameter magnetic resonance breast tomography, which implements state-of-the-art Diffusion Weighted Imaging (DWI) sequences, dynamic contrast enhanced (DCE) injections, spectroscopy and high resolution isotropic sequences to assess the morphology of lesions. This increases sensitivity and specificity and, consequently, improves the diagnostic accuracy of the method.
